At the end of the Pre-match phase, search your Arsenal for 1 non-unique Maneuver card, 1 non-unique Action card, and 1 non-unique Reversal card and reveal them to your opponent. He chooses 2 of them. Shuffle 1 of the chosen cards into your Arsenal and then put the other chosen card into your hand. Put the card not chosen into your Ringside pile.
