When this card is unsuccessful, you may overturn 3 cards and then put up to 2 cards from your Ringside into your hand.

As a maneuver, this card is -10F. Your opponent discards 2 cards; when The Record Scratch is revealed, he discards randomly. As a reversal, reverse any non-maneuver card when it is not the first card played this turn, or when The Record Scratch is revealed, reverse any card.
