Can only be played after a successfully played maneuver AND if your Fortitude Rating is greater than your opponent's Fortitude Rating. When this card is in your Ring area, whenever your opponent successfully plays a card that moves any number of cards from his Ringside pile to any other location, he then must end his turn.
